Four speakers set to talk at fascinating event from Horsham Skeptics

Horsham Skeptics are set to present an evening of talks at their new home of The Capitol Studio, Horsham, on Thursday, March 13, at 8pm.

Instead of the usual format of one lecture followed by questions, four speakers will each talk for 15 minutes on a subject they are passionate about.

Each talk will be followed by a short question and answer session.

The society will be hearing from Humanist celebrant Elizabeth Donnelly, about her work and from Clinical Psychologist Dr Anita Marsden about positive psychology.

Author Chris Snowdon will talk about the strange world of the ‘Freemen on the Land’ movement and regular host, Simon Clare will be talking about recent claims of miraculous healings in local churches.

Everybody is welcome to participate and all questions are allowed.

The group asks for £3 to cover room hire and speaker expenses.
