Women’s Land Army reunion on St George’s Day
Veterans of the Second World War home front are meeting in Horsham for a St George’s Day reunion.
Age UK Horsham District is inviting former ‘Land Girls’ to meet on April 23, from 3.30pm to 5.30pm at the Day Centre, Lavinia House, Dukes Square, off Denne Road.
Organisers are asking guests to bring along any memorabilia they may have, to share their memories with those present.
Refreshments will be available on the day.
