Two fine stableford rounds of 40 and 37 points made it a happy Easter for Ray Page as he beat a strong field to claim the club’s coveted green jersey for the first time. The sixteen handicapper finished two clear of nearest challenger Joe Froud. Pick of the Sunday cards was Adam Singleton’s 40 points off ten which earned him third spot on countback from holder Luke Bennett and Roger Bridge, all carding 72. The consolation event was won by Josh Budd. A busy weekend saw Cormac Whelan and Joy Reineck win the LJS Cup, and Tricia Robson win the Easter Flag competition.
