Southwater’s GP2 racing driver Jolyon Palmer is hoping to take his good form to Hockenheim this weekend after a win in Monaco and then a podium at Silverstone last time out.
Jolyon’s encouraguing results have seen him move up move up to tenth in the F1 feeder series, which supports the German Grand Prix this weekend.
It’s his first visit to the track but he’s confident of strong results. “I’m looking forward to Hockenheim this weekend,” said Jolyon. “It is one of the few tracks this year that I’ve not done before but hopefully I can get on top of it quickly in practice.
“The weather is a doubt still at the moment but I don’t mind what it does after Silverstone, as we had good pace in all conditions.”
