Horsham bowls update: A perfect week for Horsham IBC

Next up was a visit from Norfolk Bowling Association, who posed a stern challenge as Horsham won narrowly, 93-87.

Top rink went to Susan Hands, Tom Whittington Tony Lawrence and Peter Millson (22-11) as the hosts won three of the five rinks.

And on Saturday, Gravesend District BA braved the poor weather to give Horsham another stiff challenge at Broadbridge Heath.

In fact, the visitors won four rinks to Horsham’s three, but eventually lost by ten shots as Malcolm Ryan, Gwen Male, Jo Bullen and Graham Ives were the difference with a 29-9 win.
