SATURDAY FOOTBALL ROUND-UP: Lewes’s good run comes to end while Burgess Hill win

Lewes recent good form in the Ryman Premier came to an end as they lost 1-0 to Grays Athletic at the Dripping Pan.

In Ryman South, Burgess Hill beat Redhill 2-1 and leaders Peacehaven won by the same scoreline against Chipstead.

Horsham beat Crawley Down Gatwick 2-0 away while Three Bridges were hammered 4-1 at home by Guernsey.

In the Sussex County League division one, Hailsham Town beat Lancing 2-0, Newhaven lost 4-3 at Chichester, Ringmer beat Lingfield 2-1, Hassocks triumphed 4-1 at Rye and St Francis lost to league leaders East Preston 1-0.

In division two, Darren Tidey hit a hat-trick in a 3-2 win for Oakwood against Storrington, Broadbridge Heath hammered Seaford Town 6-0 and Haywards Heath Town won 1-0 at Wick.
