New signings Ryan Woodford and Scott Tipper made an instant impression as Horsham came from behind to win 2-1 away at Leatherhead.

Hosts Leatherhead took the lead when Hornets keeper Michael Hunter gave away a penalty but the visitors replied from the spot themselves when former club captain Woodford - who signed for his second spell at the club just the day before - slotted in from 12 yards.

And it was a good day for new additions when former Worthing striker Scott Tipper marked his debut with the winner as Horsham continued to revive their fortunes in the league with seven points from their last three league games.
