Loxwood boss Mark Beard is expecting a different type of game to when his side lost 3-0 to the Lions back at the start of the campaign.

He said: “They have lost a lot of experienced players, but have got some good youngsters from their under-21 set-up.

“The young players have come in and they won Saturday (3-1 against Lancing), so it will be a different game to the last time. They will have a bit more energy and not be so direct.

Jordan has come in, he was at the youth team at Bognor and they signed for Pagham to play some more senior football. He has played 20-odd games this season, but has not been playing recently and he lives close to Loxwood. He’s a technical player and is fit.”
