Horsham striker rejoins former club

Horsham FC striker Scott Tipper has left to rejoin his former club Arundel.

Tipper linked-up with the Hornets in November after a prolific career at the Sussex County League club, but after three goals in 12 appearances has returned to the Mullets.

“It’s a real shame,” manager Simon Colbran said. “Scott’s a decent bloke and obviously a proven goalscorer but, for whatever reason, it just hasn’t worked out for him at Horsham. His girlfriend has a baby due in three weeks and I think it will probably help him to be closer to home. I wish him all the best and I’m sure he’ll be a success back at Arundel, without a doubt.”
