Sussex Sharks are back on course for the NatWest T20 Blast quarter-finals after beating Middlesex at Hove with plenty to spare for their second straight win in the competition.

The Sharks are up to fourth in the south group table ahead of next Friday’s trip to Gloucestershire.

Lewis Hatchett and Will Beer each took three wickets as the Panthers were bowled out for 107 – before Sussex reached their target with almost four overs to spare.

Skipper Chris Nash’s unbeaten 74 off 53 balls led the way to an easy victory.
