HORSHAM will have a full strength side available for their game away at East Grinstead tomorrow as they look to make it two wins from two.
An excellent opening day two wicket win against Eastbourne, in which new overseas star Matthew Henry hit an unbeaten 99, has given Horsham’s young side early season confidence.
Captain Craig Gallagher has been impressed with the start his team have made. He said: “It was a very good first match, and we hope to continue that this weekend.”
Four key players left Horsham during the winter break meaning they have relatively inexperienced side this season and Gallagher admits his team are going through a transitional period.
He added: “We had a very experienced side last season, and finished second, but this year we have a number of teenagers in the team. This is their chance to really kick on with their progression and improve as cricketers.”
