Making disabled in Billingshurst pay to park

HOW LOW can you get? After all the trouble caused by the parking regime at Billingshurst’s Jengers Mead, the company are now charging for the use of the disabled spaces.

No one chooses to become disabled, it isn’t a life choice, but blue (disabled) badges do help.

They are issued to people who have difficulty or pain on walking more than a short distance.

No disabled person can sprint out of the car to purchase a parking ticket, and display it before the clamping gestapo pounce, especially from the spaces outside the Help the Aged and Lions bookshops.

Capital 2 Coast Security are despicable, and the sooner they are out of Billingshurst, the better.
