LETTER: Safety needs to come first

Absolutely unbelievable! West Sussex County Council states that it will not cut ‘90 notable road verges’ and that they will ‘remain uncut while the flowers are in bloom’.

At least motorists will be able to enjoy those wild flowers while they await an ambulance, or even worse !

WSCC, road junctions are now incredibly dangerous because of this crazy policy. Sometimes, people and their safety need to come first .

Shame on you.
