May I via your paper thank all the people who bought cards from Hearing Dogs for Deaf People at the Christmas Card Charity Shop in Horsham Museum last year.
We are delighted to have raised the magnificent sum of £1562.18 which will go towards the training and placement of our special dogs who become the ears of people with hearing loss.
These dogs really do change people’s lives and eliminate the isolation that the ‘invisible disability’ which is deafness brings.
If any readers would like to have a speaker visit their club or other group please contact me on 01403 253940 and I will be happy to come and talk to you.
We will be at the Charity Christmas Card Shop again this year from mid-October until just before Christmas so please come and see us! Thank you.
