On behalf of all at the Dame Vera Lynn Children’s Charity (formerly known as The Dame Vera Lynn Trust for Children with Cerebral Palsy) I would like to thank all those who so generously donated and supported the charity at our Horsham Street Collection on Saturday the 26th of September.
It was a lovely day, with entertainment from the wonderful Mickie Driver, and a magnificent display from Owls Out and About and their beautiful birds.
Altogether, the collection raised £644.15 and huge thanks go to all of our collectors who volunteered to help us. Many thanks also goes to Panino’s for being such a supportive business throughout the day.
We are very grateful to both Horsham District Council for supporting our event and to all those who put in their time, effort and support to make the day such a wonderful success.
If you would like to volunteer with us, for any of our collections or events, please contact me on either 01403 780444 or firstname.lastname@example.org. For more information about the charity and how you can take part, please visit our Dame Vera Lynn Children’s Charity Facebook page or our website http://www.dvltrust.org.uk
