Empty shops drag area down in Horsham

As a resident of Horsham, why do we have to accept and put up with an eyesore such as this?

I cannot believe that a landlord can let a property get in to such a state, no wonder no one wants to rent it!

Empty shops like this drag the whole street and area down.

I believe that the council should be able to force the owner to keep it in good condition, for the benefit of everyone.

I would not want to work or live next door to this!

We need to come together as a community to stop this sort of thing happening.
