It’s that time of year again when members of Horsham Rotary Club take to the streets with Santa to raise money to provide food vouchers to the sick and less fortunate families across the Horsham district.
The club hope members of the public will support the cause in the following places between 6pm and 8pm:
On Friday December 14, Santa and his Rotary helpers will be stopping off in three locations on the Kilnwood Vale estate.
He will then be touring the streets and visiting houses in the Caterways area of town on Monday December 17.
On Tuesday December 18, he will then make his way to the Lambs Farm Road area in his musical sleigh.
Santa and his festive team will then be visiting houses in and around Elm Grove on Wednesday December 19.
North Horsham gets a visit on Thursday December 20 as Santa tours the streets around Coltsfoot Drive.
Santa’s last house visits will be in Southwater on Friday December 21.
On Saturday December 22, he will then be in the town centre all day with the Rotary helpers.
In addition, Santa will be at Newbridge Nurseries on December 10, 11, 12 and 14, Waitrose Horsham on Wednesday December 19 and 20, and Tesco Broadbridge Heath on Friday December 21 - all from 10am until 4pm.
For more information about the above routes, visit www.horshamrotary.org.uk, or visit the Rotary Club of Horsham’s Facebook page.
n The Rotary Club would also like to thank the 27 shops and traders in Horsham that participated in this year’s trick or treat competition during the autumn half term.
The winners were Ellie Coomber, Ava Clough, Beau Amon, Cameron Wadley, Ava Holland and Lily Essom.
There were over 1,000 entries and the competition raised nearly £1,000 which will be used to help local organisations and individuals.
Look out for the Rotary Bunny Hunt Competition which will take place during the Easter Holidays and the Pancake Races on Thursday February 21 in the Carfax.
