HORSHAM residents are coming together for a fundraising evening to help the people of Japan following the earthquake and tsunami.
The town’s acclaimed Japanese restaurant Wabi in East Street has organised a special benefit dinner next Wednesday (April 6) where all proceeds will go to the Japan Tohoku Earthquake Relief Fund.
An outstanding nine-course menu will be served, including specialties such as salmon tartar with truffle ponzu and crunchy rice senbei and jumbo shrimp tempura with creamy kimchee dressing.
The meal is £75 per person with a wine or sake pairing from the restaurant’s sommelier available for a £20 supplement.
