Crews from across Sussex were called to a building fire which forced a neighbouring theatre to be evacuated.
Firefighters were called to a derelict building in De La Warr Road, East Grinstead, at around 1.40pm on Wednesday (December 30).
A spokesman for the fire service said the fire broke out in the ground floor of the 50m by 235m building. It was empty and no injuries have been reported.
The nearby Chequer Mead Community Arts Centre was evacuated as a precaution.
Seven crews were called and extinguished the flames using hose reels and water jets.
Nicola Senior captured the dramatic footage of the burning building.
