A man was taken to hospital with minor injuries after a car flipped on the A272.
The road was blocked westbound near the Spronkett’s Lane junction this morning (Thursday August 6).
Emergency services were called to the scene just after 7.30am.
A spokesman for South East Coast Ambulance Service said two men were assessed at the scene.
One was taken to East Surrey Hospital with minor injuries.
A spokesman for West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said the incident involved one vehicle. A crew from Partridge Green made the scene safe.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “Police were called to a report that a car had flipped over on the A272 near Cowfold just after 7.30am on Thursday (6 August).
“There were no serious injuries reported.
“The vehicle has now been recovered.”
