UPDATE: Car fire partially blocks major road

A major road in Pulborough was partially blocked following a car fire this afternoon (Wednesday August 17).

The A29 London Road in the village was partially blocked and there was queueing traffic in both directions at the A283 Station Road junction.

The incident has now been cleared and traffic is flowing freely.
