‘Stranded vehicle’ blocks lane of M23
One lane of the M23 was blocked by a ‘stranded vehicle’ on Sunday morning (June 9).
Highways England said the vehicle was obstructing the inside lane of the M23 northbound between junction 9 for Gatwick and junction 8 for the M25.
At 10.23am, Highways England said recovery was ‘en route to collect it’ while advising drivers to approach with caution.
The vehicle has now been recovered, according to Highways England, and traffic is flowing.
