Pedestrian dies in A24 Southwater collision

Sussex Police are investigating a fatal collision between a pedestrian and a car that occurred about 2pm today (Saturday July 13) on the southbound carriageway of the A24 near Horsham.

The road is closed between the Hop Oast and Southwater roundabouts.

The road will remain closed for several hours whilst Sussex Police undertake a forensic examination of the scene.

Traffic is being diverted via Southwater village.
