Firefighters tackling combine harvester fire in village

Firefighters have been called to deal with a fire which started in a combine harvester earlier this afternoon (Friday July 22).

Two crews from Littlehampton and Arundel are attending the blaze in The Street, in Sutton.

A spokesman for the fire service said the fire broke out in the 20 ton machine near the village church at about 4pm.

Crews are currently at the scene.
