Emergency services called to Southwater schoolbus crash

Cedar Drive has been blocked following the collision which took place just after 4pm this afternoon (November 14).

Police along with two ambulances, a paramedic car and members of the HART specialist response team are currently in attendance.

A spokesman for South East Coast Ambulance Service said a bus driver and the driver of one of the cars suffered minor injuries. No-one on the bus, which was carrying children home from school, was injured, the spokesman added.

The road was reopened at 6.15pm, a police spokesman said.
