Collapsed manhole in Handcross
A COLLAPSED manhole has closed one lane on the A23 southbound at Handcross.
The same stretch was blocked earlier this afternoon due to reports of ‘carpet in the road’ which has since been cleared.
Emergency repairs are taking place to fix the manhole.
