Temporary traffic lights at Roffey corner to last ten weeks

Temporary traffic lights have been put in place on Crawley Road, Roffey Corner, at the junction of Harwood Road and Forest Road while traffic signal refurbishments take place.

The work started yesterday (July 1) and is expected to last for around ten weeks until September 7.

A spokesperson for West Sussex County Council said: “Contractors Telent will upgrade existing signal equipment including installing duct signals and there will be temporary multi-way traffic lights in place.”

Queues and delays could be expected.
