Boutique, Get Waisted, have always offered beautiful, made to measure dresses, corsets, evening gowns and day wear.

Toni Pickles, the owner and designer, takes great pride in being able to make stylish, top quality clothes exactly to her customers’ specifications at a price that is hard to match.

Now Toni has realised her dream of bringing her designs to the high street by opening her own boutique “Get Waisted” on Steyning High Street. This allows her to source top quality clothes and accessories from a range of designers and offer them for sale alongside her own items in the boutique.

There are also a range of fantastic one-off pieces that have been used only for fashion shows and photo-shoots and available at a tremendous discount.

Toni originally trained on Savile Row before her career took her in a different direction. It was only in 2005 that she was able to realise her dream of turning her talent into a real business.

Since then Get Waisted Bespoke has gone from strength to strength and now offers a designer service for men as well as women. Her original ‘signature’ item was the bespoke corset but her range includes everything from simple waist cincher belts to elaborate evening gowns and casual daywear to wedding dresses and ballgowns.

Buying from Get Waisted (Bespoke) couldn’t be simpler. The process typically involves a consultation and a fitting – at a time and place to suit the client. However, some items can be made without a fitting. Get Waisted also offer gift vouchers in a variety of denominations – so there is no need to go scrabbling about in your wife/girlfriends underwear drawer on the pretext of getting the right size (unless you want to of course!).

Of course, now Get Waisted has its own boutique, Toni would be delighted to welcome you in Steyning.

Get Waisted participate in a number of local charity shows and host their own fashion events – check the website for details. The next one is to be held at the Steyning Centre on 30th November in aid of Chestnut Tree House Children’s Hospice. Toni would love to see you there – but if you can’t make it do feel free to visit any time.

For more details check out the website , give Toni a call or send her an email. We look forward to talking to you soon.
