A signal fault in the Clapham Junction area and an earlier signalling problem in the East Croydon area means that services through these stations are subject to short notice alterations, cancellations and delays of up to 40 minutes.

Southern Rail say that TFL London buses will accept Southern tickets via all reasonable routes towards Croydon and Metrobus route 100 is accepting between Redhill and Crawley and on routes between Victoria, East Croydon and Streatham.

Thameslink, South West Trains and London Underground will pass tickets via any reasonable routes.

The problems are likely to last until around 11.30am.
