Safety work for Horsham district roads

Various roads in the Horsham district are currently having work done on them by the county council,

Surface dressing involves spraying a coating of bitumen on the road, followed by one or more layers of hard stone chippings.

The work makes the road safer because it improves the skid resistance of the surface.
