Rail travellers in the Horsham district are facing delays and cancellations this morning (Wednesday November 19) after fire alarms sounded at London Victoria.
The station had to be evacuated and various services were affected.
The station has now reopened allowing services to resume at London Victoria.
However, passengers may still be delayed by up to 40 minutes while services recover.
Southern Rail say there is no firm estimate yet of how long disruption will last but it is likely to continue until at least 10.30am.
Passengers are advised to check Southern Rail for the latest information as some trains may stop at additional stations.
