Three new Pulborough homes to replace barns

Plans to demolish two barns near Pulborough and replace them with three houses have been approved by Horsham District Council.

The application, for Crays Lane, in Goose Green, was given the nod during a meeting of the planning committee on Tuesday (March 17).

The site already had prior approval for four homes on the site and councillors felt this latest plan was an improvement.

The new homes will be a pair of three-bedroom semi-detached houses and a detached four-bedroom house.
