HORSHAM District Council will consider its response to the proposed changes to Parliamentary constituency boundaries at a meeting on October 19.
The Boundary Commission for England is conducting the 2013 Review to bring the electorates within five per cent of the electoral quota, including the constituencies of Horsham and Arundel and South Downs.
The only change proposed for the Horsham constituency is the transfer of Copthorne and Worth Ward of Mid Sussex District Council from Horsham to the Crawley constituency.
In Arundel and South Downs constituency it is proposed to move in Easebourne and Plaistow wards from Chichester district and Bolney ward from Mid Sussex.
Moving out of the constituency to Bognor Regis and Littlehampton would be Barnham and Walberton wards.
Horsham constituency would have an electorate of 73,259 (currently 77,564) and the Arundel and South Downs constituency an electorate of 75,453 (currently 76,835). Figures are based on 2011 electoral data.
