Artist Tony Eadie - Horsham’s ‘King of the Can’ - was one of a number of street artists left reeling when vandals destroyed their artworks on hoardings around an office building opposite the Black Jug pub in North Street.

The artworks were destined to be sold to raise funds for local charities.

But Tony was determined not to be beaten by the vandalism and has now created a tribute the the NHS.

“I wanted to cover up one of my pieces that was ruined,” said Tony, “but I also just wanted to give something back to our community and our NHS.”

The original artworks were created as part of a Horsham Year of Culture project known as Watch This Space.
