People from Mid Sussex know it is a great place to live – and it turns out thousands of other Brits agree.

In fact, in the 12 months to June 2019, 8,546 people moved to Mid Sussex from elsewhere in the UK.

That’s according to internal migration data from the Office for National Statistics, which also reveals the areas of the country where the most people are drawn to Mid Sussex from.

So where is the pull to Mid Sussex the greatest?

The most common place people arrived in the area from was Brighton and Hove, with 1,093 arrivals in the year to June 2019.
