Sharon Sadler, owner of Body & Face Beauty Boutique and Treatment Rooms and chairperson of Storrington’s Local Business Owners Group said she has not had to introduce a one way system and can still play music due to the size of her shop.

Sharon is backing this newspaper’s #supportlocal campaign which is helping support local businesses as the lockdown eases.

She said: “I’m delighted to see the County Times support local retailers.

“It’s a really positive thing.”

But Sharon said backing local firms gives other benefits.

She added: “Over 50 per cent of my employees walk to work and live within Storrington.

“By supporting local not only are you doing a good thing for your high street but you’re also ensuring that people in Storrington have got jobs which don’t require them to drive cars. That’s quite a good thing.”
