Police appeal after reports of houses and cars ‘egged’ in Storrington
Police have been alerted after reports of houses and cars being ‘egged’ in Storrington.
Residents have complained of eggs being hurled around various places in the village including in the leisure centre car park, near Waitrose and along the river path.
Police are asking anyone with any information to come forward.
A spokesman said: “We can confirm we received a report of an egg thrown at a vehicle in a car park adjacent to Waitrose in Storrington on the evening of March 20.
“There are no further lines of enquiry at this stage, but anyone with any information is asked to report it online or call 101, quoting serial 155 of 21/03.”
