Plans revealed for 2020 Horsham town centre Christmas lights

The plans for Horsham town centre’s 2020 Christmas lights have been revealed.

The illuminations are already being installed and will be fully live after Remembrance Day, a council spokeswoman said.

She added: “Horsham District Council manage their design and installation on their behalf and this is the second year of a three year contract with Gala Lights who supply the Christmas lights.

“Christmas 2019 saw the launch of a competition for a community designed light motif. The popular winning design was installed on the Forum as part of the Christmas lighting scheme.”

This year a beautiful new community designed motif will feature in Horsham’s Christmas lights.

But last year’s hugely popular Light Up Horsham light show in Market Square, will not be returning to the town.

The project was funded as part of the Horsham District Year of Culture project.
