Slinfold veterinary clinic marks birthday

It was founded 4 years ago by like minded local veterinary surgeons Mark Maltman and Josie Cosham, who share a desire to practice high quality modern veterinary medicine and surgery combined with the traditional approach of compassionate and personal care.

Over the past four years the practice had expanded and now employs five vets, three receptionists, ten registered veterinary nurses, three trainee veterinary nurses, a practice manager and two office staff. The latest edition to the team is their fifth full time veterinary surgeon Clare Newton.

Maltman Cosham veterinary clinic is a warm and friendly practice with modern facilities on the outskirts of Horsham with ample parking and a rural feel.

All Maltman Cosham out of hours work is covered by their own vets at the clinic or a home visit if required.

Mark and Josie have identified compassion, concern, openness, empathy and clinical excellence as their core values. The practice has a compassionate led approach and the team pride itself on providing exceptional patient and client care.

The clinic has many attributes including a quiet waiting room area, fully equipped operating theatre, digital x-ray and ultrasound, large free car park, separate dog and card wards, a garden for exercising inpatients and overnight hospitalisation facilities.

The practice has also been recognised as a “cat friendly clinic” and an “RCVS accredited practice”.
