At 2pm, residents and visitors are invited to enjoy a performance by the Royal Air Forces Association (RAFA) President’s Band, whilst relaxing with a picnic with family and friends. The band is formed of 40 talented musicians from all walks of life, including ex-RAF and military band musicians.

Entry to the concert is £5 and each ticket includes a voucher for free tea/coffee and biscuits. All funds raised by the Friends of Sussexdown will go towards entertainment for residents, including live music, day trips out, and Christmas and birthday presents for residents, many of whom are ex-RAF veterans themselves.
