The Big Nibble ‘win a hamper’ competition winner announced

Since opening its doors in 2011, The Hungry Guest has grown from strength to strength with its passion for food and local produce.

It is a one stop shop which boasts a butchery and walk in cheese room while being able to pick up all of your every day essentials.

They have achieved many accolades since opening, the Sprouted Sussex wheat was a winner at 2011’s Great Taste Awards and this recognition continued with two of the team’s signature loaves, Pain d’Alsace and Irish Soda achieving Gold Stars at The Great Taste Awards in 2012 and most recently Gold Stars were given in the 2014 Great Taste Awards for their New York Cheesecake, Granola and Lemon & Black Pepper Marmalade.

The full range of products can be purchased seven days a week from the shop in Petworth while they also attend the farmers market in Horsham every Saturday.

Regular appearances are also made at monthly markets in Haslemere, Worthing and Milford as well at events at The Weald & Downland Museum and West Dean Gardens.

Selected products in the range are also stocked at Waitrose stores across the southeast as part of their local suppliers range.
