LETTER: Final straw on development

Ok, so Southwater residents have to put up with the surrounding beautiful fields disappearing.

Put up with the beautiful trees being cut down to make way for the developers to build more houses ....yes more houses. Put up with planners not attending developers’ meetings at Beeson House for the residents.

Put up with the frustrations of no infrastructure being put in place on local roads, doctors, schools, dentist, shops.

Well the final straw .....how can the invisible planners and builders think putting the entrance for the works access be a good idea near enough opposite the school entrance, by a mini roundabout at the traffic calming area be a good idea.

Who if there is a who......is making decisions. Surely school children’s safety and school traffic should have been considered when decisions are made.
