Muffins and cakes will be the talk of the town as a new cafe opens in Horsham town centre this week.
Muffin Break is set to open in Swan Walk shopping centre on Friday, December 4, and will hosting competitions and special guests to celebrate its arrival in the town.
The cafe offers a whole host of savoury and sweet snacks including muffins, cakes, sandwiches, soups, wraps and paninis.
It will be opening in the area which was previously home to the town’s elephantastic display in the centre.
As part of the opening celebrations the centre will be getting a special visit from Muffin Man who will be in town on Saturday December 5.
Gill Buchanan, Swan Walk centre manager, said: “Our Snowman Selfie completion has been hugely popular and I am sure that lots of our younger customers will love seeing Muffin Man and having their photo taken with him too.
“We also know how popular the return of a café offer in this area will be with all our customers.
“The new store is part of the major development underway at the centre which will also deliver the much anticipated major fashion store in spring 2016.”
To celebrate the cafe’s opening the shop is hosting a competition on Friday.
The first 50 customers to visit the new cafe will receive a numbered coffee bean. Ten of those beans will be ‘lucky golden beans’ and will win the holder prizes which can be picked up at the Muffin Break store.
The winners will be announced via the @muffinbreakuk Twitter account next week.
