A Met Office weather warning has been issued for the whole of Sussex this weekend (Saturday/Sunday November 28/29).
A blustery weekend is expected across the county with winds strengthening from the west on Saturday morning.
Gusts around coastlines exposed to the westerly or south-westerly winds could reach 60mph at times.
Inland gusts will be less frequent but could still reach 50 to 55mph.
The strong gusts are expected to continue throughout Sunday.
The forecast is for some sunny spells, particularly on Sunday, plus a mix of light and heavy rain, with temperatures hitting a maximum of 12degC.
