Maintenance works in Fittleworth this week
A full list of planned maintenance works for this week was today (September 9) released by the county council.
Lower Street, Fittleworth is being resurfaced for one day after being damaged during the poor weather experiences earlier this year.
Resurfacing work is continuing this week as part of Operation Watershed, the council’s drive to protect communities against extreme weather.
County Council contractor Balfour Beatty is doing the work, subject to weather conditions.
