Leisure centre evactuated after ‘incident’
Police were alerted and people evacuated from a village leisure centre following an ‘incident’ yesterday.
Horsham Police say people were asked to leave the leisure Centre in Northcroft, Henfield, ‘as a precaution.’
They say a man was detained under the Mental Health Act following the incident.
In a social media post, officers said: “This was an isolated incident and there is no cause for concern in the wider community.”
