PEOPLE have until Friday to have their say about proposals to build up to 500 homes in both Southwater and Billingshurst.
The consultation on Horsham District Council’s Interim Statement, which lays out plans for up to 500 homes to be built on the outskirts of the two villages ends of Friday March 18.
The public have three options for each site: unplanned development taking each application on its own merits; up to 250 homes plus other applications with limited infrastructure and community benefits and up to 500 homes - a planned development with the “greatest level of infrastructure and community benefits”.
For all the details about the plans and to submit comments go to http://www.horshamdistrictldf.info/
They can also be sent to the Strategic Planning Team at Horsham District Council, Park North, North Street, Horsham, RH12 1RL.
All submissions must be received by 4pm on March 18.
