Landslip causes rail disruption

A LANDSLIP is causing rail disruption at Coulsdon South, with knock-on effects across the network.

Southern Railway said the following alterations will apply until further notice:

Trains from Redhill towards Purley are unable to call at Merstham and Coulsdon South.

Buses are running between Redhill and Tonbridge.

Passengers may also use London Buses (route 405) between Redhill, Purley and East Croydon and Metro Buses (number 100) between Three Bridges and Redhill.

There are delays of up to 30 minutes between Purley and Redhill.
