After all the votes have been counted, the winner of our Salon of the Year competition has been revealed.

Hair Boutique, an independently run salon based in Market Square, Horsham, is celebrating after coming out on top, while Stebans Hair Studio in the Bishopric came a close second.

Third place went to Blush Hair Boutique based in West Street, Storrington.

Hair Boutique owner Charlotte Davenport opened the salon seven years ago and has created a cosy, chic salon packed with olde worlde charm.

Charlotte has a team of qualified friendly stylists on hand to help with all your hair concerns, welcoming men, women and children. The team also specialise in wedding hair, make up and hair extensions. Call to book a free consultation.

Over the past seven years the salon has built up a strong reputation in the town, with lots of regular loyal customers who love the friendly service they receive.

The salon is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-5pm, late night openings are on Tuesday and Thursday until 8pm, Saturday 9am-4pm. Closed on Sunday.

Runner-up Stebans has been established for over 26 years. It was originally opened by Steban Ulloa, who was well known in Horsham.

Steban retired and his daughter Liz and daughter-in-law Steph took over the family business.

This busy Wella salon has a lovely homely feel and has a team of six stylists. Steph is the colour specialist and Liz looks after the barbering side, having been barber trained in London.

Last year Stebans came third in our competition, so the consistency of service and quality of hairdressing is well recognised in the community.
