A LOVELY female Collie Cross dog from Horsham is in desperate need of a walker in order to make sure she can stay at home with her owner.
The appeal has been made by the Cinnamon Trust, which is a national charity formed to support the elderly and the terminally ill keep their much loved and needed pets.
Volunteers help to keep owners and pets together either by walking a dog for a housebound owner, fostering pets when the owners need hospital care, or even doing tasks such as cleaning out bird cages.
If anyone would be able to donate even an hour a week call Sally on 01736 758707 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
The trust is desperate for volunteers as it will improve the dog’s quality of life and give the owner peace of mind.
Started in 1985 by Averil Jarvis, the trust was named after her beloved corgi Cinnamon, who died at the age of 17.
Now the trust has more than 15,000 volunteers across England and Wales.
